Hypnosis is a method by which clients can reach their subconscious and unconscious mind in order to work on issues that have been hidden inside.
-
Yes, hypnosis is very safe. You are always in control. You will never get stuck in hypnosis. You will always be able to return to full alertness on your own. I also cannot control you or make you do anything that you wouldn’t normally do in your life.
-
No. I am not a therapist. If a client is being seen by a therapist, I highly recommend that they continue. Hypnosis can be an added benefit to psychotherapy but not as a replacement. I work with therapists who request my help or suggest that their clients come to see me in order to break past deep seated subconscious walls in order to advance their individual therapy.

No. All hypnosis sessions work because its a partnership. The client works with the hypnotist to achieve their goals. If a smoker is not ready to quit, it will be more difficult for them to quit no matter how good a hypnotist is. If I know that they are not ready to quit, I won’t take them as a client and tell them to contact me when they are ready. In all situations the client must be ready to make changes.

A session will last between 45 minutes and two hours. The first session is usually the longest as we spend time getting to know each other and talking about your goals. You will also be completing paperwork.

Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what is believed to be memories of past lives.
While helping some of my clients get to the root cause of their depression, phobia and other situations effecting their present life, they went into past lives to see the cause and resolve the issue.
I have added it to my services because I discovered that there is more to who we are and that there are experiences and memories within us that go farther back than our present experiences and memories and influence who we are.
